Well, if one is going to be negative, one might as well be totally, definitely, positively negative.This sixfold 'No' greets visitors to the little park at the centre of London's Soho Square.
I guess that at the heart of a district that likes to say 'Yes, yes, YES!' a little bit of 'No, no, no!' is deemed to be an appropriate counterbalance.
